Our emergency duress systems are able to have two way communications between tenant and support staff, making it easier to triage calls and assist everyone as required.

We offer an emergency duress system that offers two way communication between the tenant and the support.
The duress system provides the tenant and support staff confidence in knowing they will be responded to
For example, if the support staff are dealing with an emergency, they can call the tenant that has pressed the duress and let them know they will be with them shortly.

Door automation allows the tenant to be able to leave their apartment/building/house by themselves. maximising their independence.
We can automate any door type ( Swing or Sliding ).
All door automation has the option to be controlled via app, voice or buttons.

Light automation gives the tenant the simplicity to be able to turn off and on through apps, buttons and even voice.
This covers lights, fans, heat lamps, lamps etc

This includes opening the actual window and moving the blinds up and down.
We can install apps, buttons and more to have total control!
Window Automation
Intercom systems are a great way to give tenants an easy way to see who is at the front door and be able to communicate with them without having to physically open the door. We are able to integrate this in with the assistive technology system.
This is great for security and ease of use for the tenant, giving them the ability to unlock the door through the intercom.
We are able to provide the tenant control of the lifts via the tenants smartphone, tablet, voice, etc
Intercom and Lift Control
Similar to the intercom system this allows the tenants access to the building/apartment/house without having to physically use a key and turn it.
Our access control has readers that also have Bluetooth built-in to give the tenant ease of use.
Access control allows the door to automatically unlock whenever the tenant is in close proximity to the reader, without having to tap a fob.
